Social Media Executive - Lusail Winter Wonderland
Key Responsibilities

Work with Project Marcomms Director to develop social media strategy and implementation plan, inline with overarching marketing and ticketing campaign and objectives:

Building event awareness

Driving ticket sales, repeat attendance and upsells

Ensuring stakeholder and sponsor exposure

Actively stay up-to-date with the latest social media and digital trends across all relevant platforms, to ensure that the social campaign is always industry-leading

Set up social media channels, populating and regularly updating event info and graphics

Develop dual language social media content calendars – drafting content inline with overarching marcomms strategy, managing approval from Project Marcomms Director before publishing
-
Brief on-the-ground photographers, videographers and editors as to the content required for the social media coverage, including content outputs and deadlines
-
Brief design team as to the graphics required for the social media campaign, managing timelines and approvals
-
Full on-the-ground coverage of Winter Wonderland Doha, ensuring daily content is released inline with approved content plan. Conceptualize and implement on-the-ground social media coverage of key moments within the campaign, such as the launch event
-
Develop community management plan including bank of FAQ responses, response times (within 2 hours during event opening), escalation policy etc.

Build Facebook Catalogues for event merchandise

Plan and implement email marketing strategy, including drafting copy, selecting images and working with design team to develop graphics. Manage 3rd party platform (i.e. Mailchimp) including data segment optimisation
-
Liaise with sponsorship team with the aim of leveraging all client, stakeholder and sponsor social media and eDM assets to promote Winter Wonderland. Create social media kits for partners, stakeholders and influencers to ensure exposure across paid and earned channels, and monitor partner coverage

Incorporate required sponsor marcomms contractual rights and benefits into social media and email marketing campaign
-
Support the Project Marcomms Director and external agency on the set-up of paid social and display advertising campaigns;

Identify, secure and manage participation by credible social media “influencers” in event comms and social media programme
-
Work with digital team to ensure social media integration into the event website and event app
-
Work with Project Marcomms Director and wider Crisis Comms team to develop (and implement if required) a crisis social media plan during the instance of a Crisis
-
Collate weekly and monthly performance reports on email marketing and social media for Project Marcomms Director to integrate into wider marcomms reports
-
Attend weekly client status meetings, with Project Marcomms Director and Account Manager
Requirements (experience and training):
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a social media role – preferable working on event social media (lifestyle/entertainment/sports), with experience of live coverage and onground activations
-
Proven track record of creative development and ideation across digital platforms that drives event ticket sales towards clearly identified KPIs
-
Proven track record of collating data on digital performance, and providing analytical insights based on collated data
-
Experience working in Qatar and/or GCC
-
Educated to Bachelors or Master’s degree in relevant subject, or equivalent transferable qualifications/experience
Requirements (skills):

Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic

Creative! Background in content creation is a plus

Effective and professional in all forms of communications

Working knowledge of all key social platforms – including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Linkedin including working with graphic designs to create branded content, filters etc., and building Facebook catalogues/shop

Ability to copywrite content, changing tone of voice based on platform audience while maintaining brand consistency

Content Creator - Videography & Photography
Lusail Winter Wonderland
Key Responsibilities

Serve as Lusail Winter Wonderland’s primary photographer, videographer and editor
-
Responsible for the creation (capture and editing) of all day-to-day photo and video content for Lusail Winter Wonderland, including but not limited to:
-
Trending social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, SnapChat, YouTube)
-
Promotional videos
-
Directed photography and videography shoots
-
Candid photography and videography
-
Etc.

Responsible for all photographic and video content from start to finish planning, including:

Working with the management team to develop strategic content capture schedules and strategies
-
Planning any requirements for content outputs
-
Capturing content across photo and video, inline with the established content guidelines
-
Editing for the needs of output – tailored to the platform that it plans to live on
-
Providing content to the relevant team members for distribution
-
Create and manage the photo and video library for Lusail Winter Wonderland - properly filing all content including finished outputs, and raw content

Responsible for capturing a wide range of content types including:

People (visitors, staff etc.)

Products (example, F&B and merchandise)

Attractions (example, F&B outlets, rides, attractions, shows, games, events)

Venue (overall venue, branding etc)

Responsible for working as part of the wider F31 production team during ‘key campaign moments’ – for example, the full F31 production team will be on-the-ground for the park launch

Responsible for curating a strong gallery of images and video content which will be used to reflect the brand in marketing and press, and segmented based on needs (Press, Social, Website. etc)

Play a key role in assisting to shape the visual storyline of content touchpoints.

Assisting the MarComms team (Director, Manager and Social Media Executive) with daily asset management and obtaining all creative and marketing objectives.

Actively stay up-to-date with the event calendar to be able to schedule content and capture all key moments.

Actively stay up to date on video and photography trends to ensure we are at the forefront leading in content creation.
Requirements (experience and training):
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as photographer, videographer and editor – preferably working on entertainment events, with experience of live coverage and quick turn shoot to output turnaround
-
Ability to shoot using professional equipment, as well as ‘quick content’ via mobile phone
-
Preference (but not necessity) is that the successful candidate has his/her own basic equipment. Supplementary equipment can be provided
-
Experience working in GCC/Qatar, with a solid understanding of cultural sensitivities in the region
-
Excellent knowledge of photography/videography within the digital domain – at the forefront of social media trends
-
Ability to create content for traditional platforms (PR, ATL etc.)
-
Must display a passion for both photographic and video content and a commitment to upholding the photography/videography brand guidelines

Strong editing skills across photo and video

Must have excellent IT skills especially with computer programmes such as photoshop, Adobe lightroom, photo mechanic, After Effects or FXP.

Events and Community Manager - Dubai
Reporting into: Senior Account Manager
Timeline: Full time role
Location: Based out of HQ in Dubai, with travel cross the Middle East
We are looking for a driven, team-oriented and meticulously organized Events and Community Manager to join our ever-growing and dynamic team. The successful candidate will work across 4 of our most exciting clients, with a primary focus on sports events and communities, and a growing lifestyle vertical to consider.
The four brands are:
Role Requirements:
Each season F31 facilitates approximately 125+ test stations, 30+ Community based events and participates in 15+ key sporting events across the region. The successful candidate will work with Senior Account Manager to strategize the event and community outreach for the up-coming season, including but not limited to: (1) Sponsored events; (2) Exhibitor at events; (3) Ambassadors; (4) Sponsored clubs.

Develop an event and community outreach calendar, identifying assets across the 4 verticals above, and across the full Middle East region, that fit with the overarching marcomms strategy
-
Develop internal strategies and processes that streamline the event activation process
-
Develop strong relationships with internal teams to ensure company-wide buy in for event activations, and manage individual departments’ delivery of key aspects of event activations
-
Negotiate contracts with events/community programmes/ambassadors/clubs, ensuring maximum value for money (inline with outlined budgets), maximum exposure - and leveraging both cash and VIK options
-
Activate the rights and benefits across all assets ensuring that maximum ROI is achieved and that the correct brand messaging and visuals are being utilized across all platforms (digital, traditional, experiential etc.)

Work with the ops team to manage VIK deliverables to all sponsored assets
-
Track rights and benefits across all assets, including regular reporting to management

Provide brand feedback gained from outreach into the community / from ambassadors to the Senior Account Manager

Strategize and implement an ambassador programme for both On Running and trisouq.com

Collaborate with the brands ambassadors / events to plan content creation sessions for social media and online platforms (working with F31’s production team)

Provide post-event feedback on all assets, along with recommendation on whether to renew at the end of the contract period, and how to improve the contract offering

Working with various internal teams (ops, commercial, production etc.) to lead the management of the community and sponsored events, including:

Coordinating vendors

Developing and producing branding

Organizing staffing (either from internal team, or via external volunteers where required)

Booking and briefing the F31 production team

Briefing the full team prior to event day and providing briefing documents

Setting up on the day, and managing the on-event activations

Packing down and ensuring all equipment is returned in good condition to the warehouse

Work with Senior Marketing Manager to ensure that all event and community activations are promoted across all available internal marcomms channels

Researching local needs in the community to develop programs that address those needs

Host and lead weekly meetings (as part of wider marcomms meeting)

Feedback on previous events/activations, and update on upcoming schedule

Assign and track each department’s role in the event preparation (Ops, logisitcs, delivery etc.)

Ensure all collateral is requested and delivered to event within allocated deadline

Request new marketing assets if current asset is requested and/or damaged

Manage agreement from contract deliverables to Ops and logistics team

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the events industry – preferably with experience working across large-scale, international events (sports/lifestyle), AND community events

Experience of negotiating sponsorship contracts, and strategizing/implementing and tracking rights and benefits

Account management experience at an in-house or traditional agency

Responsibilities:
