Multimedia Designer


  • Study design briefs and determine requirements

  • Schedule projects in Asana (project management tool) and deliver to timelines

  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and brand guidelines

  • Prepare and present concepts to the Account Management team

  • Work with the Account Management team to produce final design

  • Test graphics across various media

  • Provide files for final graphic


  • Familiarity with Industry Standard softwares such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Dreamweaver, etc.), Figma, Spark AR, etc.

  • Proven graphic designing experience working across several platforms

  • Ability to create simple 2D animations and Video Overlays/Lower Thirds. 3D animation & modelling skills is a bonus but not a requirement.

  • Ability to edit videos.

  • Ability to create assets for social media including but not limited to Interactive Instagram & Snapchat filters, Instagram Stickers, Social media posts, etc.

  • Ability to work with website building softwares: such as Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, etc

  • Ability to design Presentations and Pitch Decks

  • Ability to work with Email Marketing Platforms such as Mailchimp.

  • Ability to create HTML emails.

  • Ability to create HTML Google Ads 

  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details

  • Excellent communication skills, and teamwork

  • Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines and manage workload

  • Fluent in English. Arabic is a bonus but not a requirement

Marcomms Account Executive - Arabic


We’re on the look out for an all-star Arabic Marcomms Account Executive to join our team for a 3-month project from September through to the end of 2021 (with the potential to become full time from January 2022).


The role will be supporting our wider teams in delivering the marcomms and community engagement for two exciting international sports/entertainment events taking place in the UAE.


Social Media

  • Work with the Comms Director to implement the approved social media strategies

  • Develop content plans in English and Arabic across all channels

  • Work with our Graphic Design and Content Creation teams to develop visual assets

  • Post content in line with approved content plans, across all channels

  • Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner across all social media pages. Escalating queries to the relevant people when required

  • Engage with other social media accounts (stakeholders, sponsors, athletes, influencers, fans, community pages etc.) by liking, commenting, sharing etc.

  • Develop social media toolkits for partners and stakeholders

Website & eDM

  • Update the event websites (English and Arabic) with the latest news and information

  • Brief the F31 Digital team to make structural changes or developments to the website as and when required

  • Develop and distribute English and Arabic eDMs inline with wider marcomms strategy

Community Engagement:

  • Identify relevant communities who would be interested in the events

  • Work with the wider team to develop activation plans, and roll out weekly community activations with identified communities

  • Day-to-day communications with identified communities to organize community engagement activation and encourage attendance at the event

  • Develop marketing collateral for the events and the community activations


  • Work with the Comms Director to implement the approved PR strategies

  • Develop Arabic press releases and features, in line with the approved English versions

  • Liaise with Arabic media to book interviews with athletes and spokespeople

  • Coordinate with the rightsholders to ensure English and Arabic media fact sheets are always up to date

  • Support the wider team at all media events, such as press conferences and media days

Event Time

  • Support the wider event team on all marcomms event time delivery including social media, management of media centre, managing athlete/spokespeople interviews, client requests, briefing and managing videographers/photographers etc.

Please note, the above is an expected scope of work but please note that all team members ‘roll up their sleeves’ to deliver during event time, and flexibility is required.


  • Degree/Certifications in Marketing & Communications or equivalent

  • 1+ years work experience in a marketing/communications role

  • Knowledge of various social media platforms

  • Excellent written and spoken Arabic language skills (as well as being fluent in English)

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, problem-solver, team-player, good attention to details

  • Located in Dubai

  • A passion for sports events is a plus

Digital Advertising Specialist



  • Setup & ongoing optimization of PPC/Digital Ad campaigns for e-commerce, events and brands

  • Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives (working with in-house designers & copywriters), keyword research, audiences, & optimizing for conversions/KPIs

  • Analysis of campaign data. Monthly reporting on recommendations and strategy using a variety of analytics tools

  • Implement strategies to increase organic traffic (SEO, Direct, Referral).

  • Manage multiple accounts

  • Collaborate with the wider team to align digital ad campaigns with wider marketing campaigns

  • Create & implement best practice guidelines, staying on top of current digital trends

  • Knowledge of digital content management tools (Google Analytics, MailChimp, Fb Creator, Hootsuite, Zoho One)


  • 2+ years of Digital Advertising experience

  • Degree/Certifications in Digital Marketing or equivalent

  • Expertise in paid marketing channels & technologies

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, problem-solver, team-player

  • Fluent in English. Arabic is a bonus

  • Located in Dubai
