Position Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and multi-skilled Videographer & Editor to join our Creative Team and bring our campaigns to life through stunning, high-impact video content. Whether it’s capturing the adrenaline of race day, creating content with world-class athletes, or cutting hype reels for the next big brand launch — you’ll be in the thick of it, camera in hand, making it all happen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Concepting & Role Management
- Collaborate with wider Creative and Client Management teams to align video direction to ensure brand guidelines are followed and the campaign objectives are met.
- Contribute to storyboarding and shot planning. Understanding pacing, narrative arc, and emotional beats.
- Work with the Head of Creative to scale content production using our freelance network as needed.
- Take part in creative brainstorms and content ideation sessions.
- Stay on top of video trends, new tools, and evolving social formats.
- Maintain and manage video and audio equipment, ensuring gear is shoot-ready.
- Cinematography & Production
- Capture high-quality video footage at brand events, athlete shoots, retail activations, behind-the-scenes content etc.
- Plan, shoot, and edit short to long-form video content for social, digital, and campaign use.
- Operate cameras, stabilizers, lighting and audio in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Set up and monitor on-location audio (lapels, boom mics etc) to ensure clean and clear capture.
- Capture and edit behind-the-scenes (BTS) content to promote the agency and its culture (not just client work).
- Post-Production & Editing
- Edit cinematic, short-form, and long-form videos with expert use of transitions, effects, and sound design.
- Colour grade footage and apply brand LUTs to maintain visual consistency.
- Adapt edits for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, web, in-store screens).
- Ensure all content is delivered on time and to a high creative standard.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of videography experience, preferably in sport, entertainment, or lifestyle.
- A strong showreel that demonstrates your energy, creativity, and editing.
- Editing skills using either: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, the Adobe Creative Suite or DaVinci.
- Skillset to lead and direct models during on-the-ground shoots.
- Excellent command of transitions, rhythm, and timing in edit.
- Ability to storyboard and plan visual narrative ahead of shoot days.
- Strong knowledge of audio mixing and manipulation (e.g., background noise reduction, ambient layering, VO syncing).
- Strong understanding of social-first video storytelling.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
- UAE driving license.
Bonus Skills
- Photography skills.
- Motion graphics or animation experience.
- Experience working with athletes, events, or branded content.
- Drone operation and/or FPV experience is a strong plus.
- Arabic language skills.
