Role Overview
We’re looking for a multi-skilled content creator — a Videographer, Photographer & Editor who can capture, craft, and deliver stories that move people. From the intensity of race day to the calm of golden-hour portraits and the chaos of live brand moments, you’ll be there — lens in hand, eye for detail, shaping content that captures culture, emotion, and energy.
You’ll shoot, edit, and create across formats: social, campaign, event, and branded storytelling. You’ll bring technical skill, creative vision, and smart use of AI tools to move faster, elevate quality, and keep our content world-class.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Direction & Collaboration
- Partner with Creative and Client Management teams to ensure all visual output aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Contribute to storyboards, shot lists, and content concepts across film and photography.
- Support creative brainstorms and ideation sessions across brand, campaign, and social work.
- Stay ahead of trends in visual content, editing styles, and AI-driven production workflows.
- Work with the Head of Creative to manage and brief freelance photographers, editors, or production crews when needed.
- Maintain and manage all production equipment — cameras, lighting, drones, rigs — ensuring everything is shoot-ready.
- Content Capture: Video & Photography
- Plan and execute high-quality video and still shoots across events, athletes, lifestyle, and product campaigns.
- Confidently direct subjects and manage on-set dynamics to capture natural, authentic, and high-energy moments.
- Handle lighting, audio, and camera setups across various environments and shooting conditions.
- Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content to support agency storytelling and campaign rollouts.
- Deliver both still and motion assets that reflect brand personality and campaign tone.
- Operate drones (if licensed) and coordinate location, permit, and on-site logistics when required.
- Editing & Post-Production
- Edit video content for short-form and long-form delivery (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent).
- Retouch, color-correct, and grade photos and videos to achieve cohesive brand aesthetic and tone.
- Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Runway, Topaz Labs, Firefly, Photoshop AI, Pika, Sora) for upscaling, color matching, audio cleanup, rotoscoping, or auto-captioning to streamline workflow and enhance quality.
- Generate quick AI-based pre-visualizations (storyboards, lighting tests, shot mockups) to speed up planning and approvals.
- Manage all raw footage, image archives, and final deliverables — keeping files organized, labeled, and archived correctly.
- Adapt content across multiple platforms and aspect ratios while maintaining composition and impact.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in videography, photography, and editing — ideally within sport, lifestyle, entertainment, or branded content.
- A strong showreel and portfolio that demonstrates storytelling, creative framing, and technical proficiency across both still and motion.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve (or similar).
- Skilled in AI-assisted tools to enhance post-production, optimize workflow, and accelerate creative output.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling — from idea to export.
- Ability to plan shoots end-to-end — concepting, scouting, scheduling, shooting, and post-production.
- A self-starter with strong organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and high attention to detail.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, on-the-ground environments, often juggling multiple deliverables.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
- Valid UAE driving license.
