About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Traffic Manager with a creative eye — someone who thrives at the intersection of process, taste, and delivery. You’ll be the right hand of the creative team, managing workflow, timelines, and logistics while keeping the output world-class.
This is not just an admin role. You’ll have creative judgement — knowing when work needs tightening, polishing, or elevating. You’ll help brief, review, and refine creative to ensure everything we deliver looks and feels F31-level.
You’ll also be the operations backbone of the Creative Department by managing studio bookings, shoot logistics, and permits, tracking equipment, and liaising with production partners. You’ll keep the creative team moving efficiently, on time, and with everything they need to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Intake & Traffic Management
- Own the intake, scheduling, and prioritisation of all creative briefs.
- Work closely with account teams to ensure briefs are clear, structured, and actionable.
- Assign tasks to designers, editors, and content creators based on skillset and capacity.
- Monitor timelines, workflow, and delivery deadlines across multiple clients and projects.
- Flag capacity challenges and recommend resourcing solutions (freelancers, shifts in scope, etc.).
- Creative Quality & Brand Guardianship
- Review creative output for accuracy, alignment to brief, and overall quality.
- Act as a brand guardian — ensuring consistency across all files, formats, and campaigns.
- Provide constructive feedback and uphold the creative standard before delivery.
- Help maintain brand toolkits, templates, and creative process documentation.
- Conduct quality-control checks before client submission.
- Creative Operations & Production Support
- Manage all studio, location, and equipment bookings for shoots.
- Handle permit applications, supplier coordination, and on-ground support for productions.
- Keep an up-to-date log of all production equipment, props, and rentals.
- Liaise with external production teams and freelance crews to ensure seamless shoot execution.
- Act as the on-ground technical assistant during shoots — ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Maintain and update a shared production calendar for the creative team.
- Creative Collaboration & Workflow Leadership
- Work hand-in-hand with the Creative Director/Head of Creative on priorities, capacity, and standards.
- Support ideation sessions and contribute to creative thinking — not just traffic management.
- Champion better ways of working — streamline tools, templates, and review systems.
- Ensure final assets are organised, labelled, and archived for easy reference.
- Manage award submissions — identifying opportunities, gathering materials, and preparing entries.
- AI Integration & Efficiency
- Confident using AI tools (e.g. Notion AI, ClickUp, ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, Firefly, or similar) to optimise workflow, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate project turnaround.
- Use AI to assist with brief writing, shot list generation, scheduling, and content summaries, ensuring clarity and speed in every stage of the process.
- Partner with designers and editors to explore AI-powered production tools that improve creative efficiency and output quality.
- Continuously identify ways to integrate AI across planning, communication, and creative execution — keeping F31 on the cutting edge of smart working.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in creative operations, traffic, or hybrid production roles.
- Strong understanding of design workflows, content pipelines, and creative team dynamics.
- Excellent organisational skills — with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Confident reviewing creative and ensuring brand consistency.
- Comfortable using project management platforms (e.g. Asana, Notion, or Monday.com).
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools (enough to speak the language).
- Experience coordinating shoots, booking studios, and handling production logistics.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and excited to work with AI to streamline creative operations.
- Strong communicator — clear, solution-driven, and calm under pressure.
- Passion for creativity, culture, and the details that make great work possible.
Bonus Skills
- Previous experience in an agency or content studio environment.
- Light hands-on design ability (Figma/Adobe/Keynote).
- Familiarity with Asana/Slack and similar workflow tools.
- Arabic language skills.
What We Offer
- The chance to shape the quality and culture of an ambitious creative team.
- Work across globally recognised brands and world-class campaigns.
- A supportive, energetic environment that values clarity, creativity, and collaboration.
- Real growth opportunities in a fast-growing, globally-connected agency.
