About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who sees design as language — someone who thinks in grids, obsesses over typography, and understands that great design is as much about restraint as it is expression. You should be fluent in brand systems, know how to translate strategy into visual identity, and be able to stretch a single concept across digital, social, print, and spatial applications without losing integrity.
This role sits at the heart of our creative output. You’ll collaborate across strategy, content, and production teams to bring ideas to life and set the design tone for our brands and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Concepting & Collaboration
- Translate campaign objectives and strategy into compelling visual concepts.
- Adapt global brand guidelines into regionally relevant creative executions — ensuring cultural nuance, local resonance, and consistency with global standards.
- Build moodboards, style frames, and design directions for pitches and live projects.
- Partner with creative, production, and client teams to ensure design aligns with brand tone and goals.
- Participate in brainstorm sessions and help shape campaign and content ideas.
- Maintain high aesthetic and brand standards across all creative outputs.
- Keep across design trends, digital culture, and emerging tools.
- Design & Production
- Design across digital, social, campaign, event, and print touchpoints.
- Develop brand identities, from logo systems and color palettes to typographic language and collateral.
- Create stand-out layouts, key visuals, pitch decks, OOH, and social templates.
- Develop motion-ready assets (GIFs, typography motion, content graphics, etc.).
- Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring precision in pre-press, color accuracy, and file architecture.
- Collaborate with photographers, filmmakers, and editors to unify visual direction.
- Content & Social
- Create scroll-stopping graphic content for social platforms.
- Adapt designs to multiple formats: feed, story, carousels, reels covers, event screens.
- Understand digital behavior and create assets optimized for performance, not just aesthetics.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in graphic design, agency or brand-side.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
- Confident using AI tools to accelerate ideation and execution e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Leonardo AI, Runway, or similar.
- Ability to use AI as a creative partner, from concept generation and storyboarding to moodboard creation and visual experimentation.
- Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate brand strategy into visual systems and campaigns.
- Comfortable working from rough creative direction through to polished delivery, ensuring every asset ladders back to the brand idea.
- Strong command of typography, composition, grid systems, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Organised file structure, process-oriented thinking, and a sharp eye for refinement.
- Proactive approach — always looking for smarter, faster, more impactful ways to tell a story visually.
- Experience working closely with copywriters, art directors, and brand strategists to bring campaigns to life.
Bonus Skills
- Motion design (After Effects or similar).
- Proficiency across Figma.
- 3D or CGI visualisation experience (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).
- Experience working across lifestyle, culture, sport, or experiential environments.
- Photography, illustration, or creative writing flair.
- Arabic language skills.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to create globally relevant, culturally connected work.
- A high-calibre creative environment where bold ideas are championed.
- Projects across world-class brands, events, and campaigns.
- Growth, travel, and development opportunities.
- A fun, ambitious culture built on creativity, curiosity, and trust.
