Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

  • Develop a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy for 2 x DTC e-comm websites based on overarching client goals, including budget setting and management.
  • Create and publish ads campaigns across relevant platforms (including Google, Youtube, Meta Suite, LinkedIn, Strava etc).
  • Work with internal content development teams to ensure a strategic implementation of organic and paid content, that works hand-in-hand with the paid performance strategy
  • Monitor ad copies, keywords, bids, and other elements of Digital Ads in order to optimize campaigns.
  • Effectively manage budget to maximize ROI on every dirham spent.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Manage and strategize organic search traffic and organic keyword ranking campaigns on Google search engine.
  • Analyse trends in SEO campaigns to regularly provide insightful and actionable data for web development team.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Review and share feedback on visual assets/content prepared for Digital Ads to improve audience engagements and yield higher ROI.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, implementation across channels, and analytics, with a track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Experience in executing marketing campaigns across google-paid ad-solutions, affiliate networks and re-targeting solutions.
  • Proficiency in a range of digital analytics tools and technologies, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and SQL. Proficiency in Paid Ad Creation and Management in Google, Facebook and other social media platforms.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
  • Masters/bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience in digital marketing for luxury sports or athleisure brands, including e-comm. – (Preferred)
  • Certification in Google & Meta Ads – (Preferred)
  • Fluent in English.
